Marvel vs Capcom 2, need help seriously..

I have tried everything trying to get the Naomi version of Marvel vs capcom 2 running in Nulldc, Every bios, different versions of Nulldc it won't work. Every other game i tried worked flawlessly. Can someone please test this themselves or perhaps locate another Naomi rom of the game.
