nSX2 is back!

nSX2 isn't dead.
I decided to take time until the next realease. I don't know when the next version will come out for many reasons :
- I have less time than before.
- PS2 is a complex system.

I am currently working on the emulator and I am trying to get the Bios to run, but it shows a black screen and I don't know why.
