Virtua Fighter 4 Final Tuned Issue in DEmul

Trying to run any of the 3 versions of Virtua Fighter 4 Final Tuned in DEmul gives this error:


Even after going into the Test Menu and checking the DIMM board test:


Any way to possibly resolve this issue?
