Is it possible to download ROMS with save games already there?

Hi everyone,

I have tried to play through Ocarina of Time heaps of times. I've finished it once, but every time I start to play and then go away I always lost my game and had to start again.

I then realized I had to register my emulator (sixtyforce - mac) but even then I would lose my game after a while and can't be bothered playing the beginning again and again.

I was wondering if there was anywhere that I couldn't download a ROM that has already passed the first bit, so I can begin playing from the beginning of getting the medallions.
