Some question about DC emulation: Null or Demul DC, best config.....

I wolud like knwo what's the best emu, my preference in game: F355 Challenge Naomi deluxe version, Daytona USA 2001, VOOT, Virtua cop 2, ... Naomi arcade 3D and 2D in fact...

For PC config: AMD or Intel, I think to buy a core i7 4790K with Asus NVIDIA 4G 980 GTX.

For peripheical: Porshe 911 wheel fanatec, arcade stick and pad XBOX 360 controller and EMS Top Gun.

Please help me.
