Ocarina of time error issue?

Hi all,

Sorry if this has already been taken care of, but I looked through the manual and looked over the forum and I can't seem to find what this error message means. This is what I get when I try to enter Goron City, and I also got it when I entered the Lost Forest.

I haven't entered either... I'm kind of inept when it comes to coding and stuff like that..
